Frequently Asked Questions
What is Humanly?
Humanly is a coworking space in Denver, Colorado, designed exclusively for independent health and wellness practitioners. Therapists, counselors, massage therapists, psychologists, and acupuncturists can rent private, fully furnished offices by the hour, day, or month — with no long-term lease required.
Humanly has five locations across the Denver metro area: Cherry Creek, Central Park, Highlands, South Denver, and Parker. Each location is staffed and fully equipped so practitioners can focus entirely on their clients from the moment they arrive.
What types of wellness practitioners use Humanly?
Humanly serves licensed therapists, mental health counselors, marriage and family therapists (MFTs), psychologists, social workers (LCSWs), massage therapists, acupuncturists, occupational therapists, and other independent health and wellness practitioners in the Denver metro area.
Our community includes practitioners at every stage — from those launching their first private practice to established clinicians looking for a professional, flexible workspace that grows with their schedule.
How does Humanly’s hourly office rental work?
Humanly members book private offices through an app by the hour. Bookings are charged in 30-minute increments. Members can claim a single session or reserve entire days one month at a time. The offices are fully furnished and equipped, so practitioners can see clients immediately upon arrival.
To book hourly, you need a Thrive or Summit membership, or the hourly day pass option. Simply open the app, choose your preferred location, select your room and time, and confirm. The space will be ready when you arrive.
What is included in a Humanly membership?
All Humanly members receive access to high-speed Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee and tea, lounge and kitchen areas, mail services, and printer access. Depending on the membership tier, members also receive receptionist services, a professional business address, meeting room access, and invitations to continuing education and networking events.
Membership tiers include:
- Virtual / Essential — Business address use, mail services, community access
- Thrive — Hourly booking included
- Summit — Hourly booking + expanded access
- Private Office — Full-time dedicated private office
Does Humanly offer month-to-month membership with no long-term lease?
Yes. Humanly offers flexible month-to-month memberships with no long-term lease required. This is ideal for practitioners who are growing their practice, transitioning to private practice, or who need a professional office without the financial risk of a traditional lease.
Memberships can be adjusted at any time. Whether you need more space as your client load grows or want to scale back during a slower season, Humanly works with you to find the right fit.

Is Humanly a good option for starting a private practice?
Yes. Humanly is specifically designed to help wellness practitioners launch and grow a private practice. By renting office space by the hour or day, new practitioners can start seeing clients without committing to expensive overhead. The community of like-minded professionals and regular networking events also help practitioners build the referral networks essential to growing a new practice.
Many Humanly members started with a handful of hourly bookings per week and scaled to a full private practice — all without ever signing a traditional office lease.
Can I use Humanly as my business address?
Yes. Virtual and Essential membership tiers allow practitioners to use a Humanly location address for professional correspondence. Monthly invoices documenting your use of the address are available upon request.
Important: Humanly’s business address is for professional correspondence. It does not constitute a direct facility lease and cannot be used for business registrations that require a signed lease. Contact your location team for details on documentation available.
How is Humanly different from a traditional office sublease?
Unlike a traditional sublease, Humanly requires no long-term commitment, no furniture or equipment purchases, and no responsibility for utilities or building maintenance. Practitioners pay only for the time they use — starting as low as a single 30-minute booking. Humanly handles all office management so you can focus entirely on your clients.
A traditional sublease typically requires a 12-month minimum commitment, a security deposit, and the tenant must furnish and equip the space. At Humanly, every office is move-in ready from day one, and your monthly cost scales directly with your practice volume.
Does Humanly host community events for wellness practitioners?
Yes. Humanly regularly hosts networking events and continuing education opportunities for its community of health and wellness practitioners. These events help members connect, build referral relationships, and grow their practices within a supportive professional community.
Members receive advance notice of all events and are encouraged to participate regardless of their membership tier.
