I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience in social work. With post-graduate training in Sex Therapy from the University of Michigan, I work with individuals and couples with a variety of concerns but specialize in supporting activists, caregivers, helpers, and healers, as well as survivors of sexual, religious, childhood, medical, and intimate partner violence trauma. (Often, the couples I work with include at least one partner who is a trauma survivor.) I also work with many LGBTQIA+ folks, especially LGBTQIA+ couples and gender non-conforming or transitioning clients. Additionally, I work with clients living with disabilities and chronic health issues, and clients who are navigating the world of cancer treatment and survivorship. (I’m a cancer survivor myself!) Finally, I work with people of all ages encountering life transitions (college, work, grief, and loss) – especially those navigating such transitions within systems that are unsupportive or even oppressive.
