I am a family therapist, supporting individuals and families through life transitions and change. I have two areas of specialty: I support families with aging members and individuals themselves adapting to the challenges that come with living longer than we ever imagined, and families with children/teens (I also hold an MA and C.A.S. in school psychology). My Stamford practice, Therapy for Change, is my home base serving our diverse community; I also work as a contractor in a Bridgeport practice that serves an additional region.
