I have been a board-certified clinical hypnotherapist for 30 years and was a conventional talk therapist for 20 years before that. Even though I work with all types of stuff, I specialize in trauma, BFRB’s and people in recovery. I am passionate about hypnotherapy because I get better results quicker and eliminate unwanted behaviors, habits & thoughts instead of just teaching the client how to manage these things
